Executive Architect (formerly Executive Assistant)
The role of the Executive Assistant is undergoing a revolution. At Sentree, we are embracing this change. We are seeking a high-level Executive Architect to support our leadership team.
Why "Architect"?
Because we expect you to design the systems that run our executive office. We view this role as a high-leverage position—a blend of Product Manager and EA.
Your Mission:
Automate the Routine: Utilize AI agents and no-code tools to automate scheduling, basic correspondence, and translation.
Elevate the Human: Use the time gained from automation to focus on high-touch relationship management, cross-cultural negotiation (English/Japanese), and strategic special projects.
Scale the Office: Build the "Operating System" for the CEO, ensuring that processes run smoothly even when you aren't there.
This is not a replacement of the EA role; it is an evolution. We provide the budget for the best AI tools and the autonomy for you to implement them.
Language Requirements
Japanese: Full professional spoken fluency. You must possess the highly nuanced business etiquette and executive-level vocabulary needed to confidently navigate complex institutional communications on behalf of the company.
English: Advanced verbal working proficiency and strong listening comprehension. You will act as the vital communication bridge in our multicultural team meetings where English is the common denominator.
Note on Written Communication: Because this role focuses on building systems and scaling the executive office, we expect you to heavily leverage AI tools to augment your reading and writing capabilities in both languages. You will be empowered to use automation for drafting correspondence, translating documents, and processing formal administrative paperwork.
