Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and maintain robust and secure IT environments (macOS, iOS, MDM, Windows, Networks, Cyber Protection) for our clients.
Own Client Outcomes: Be the single point of technical confidence. Run discovery, execute projects, provide proactive maintenance, and deliver strategic guidance.
Drive R&D: Research and weaponize new technologies and techniques to keep us and our clients at the bleeding edge of the Apple ecosystem.
Systematize Everything: Build lean, scalable workflows and create high-quality documentation for everything you touch.
Lead with Accountability: Operate within our EOS framework, owning your scorecard and initiatives to drive measurable results.
YOUR TOOLKIT: ESSENTIALS & ADVANTAGES 🛠️

Essential: Deep, hands-on expertise in advanced macOS/iOS troubleshooting and systems administration.
Essential: Proven ability architecting and deploying MDM systems (Mosyle, Jamf, etc.) and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi (Meraki, Ubiquiti, etc.).
Essential: Professional-level English and business-level Japanese communication skills.
Advantage: Proficiency with scripting, Active Directory, and cloud solutions (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
